    Mariel Vargas is the Modern Work Customer Success Manager for Microsoft. Based out of Chicago, she is extremely passionate about user adoption and change management and has focused on Microsoft 365 technology deployment for the past six years. Originally from Curitiba - Brazil, Mariel received her bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University in Industrial Engineer, and most recently her master's from DePaul University in Business Analytics. Mariel is passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and self-improvement. Outside of work you can find Mariel working on new jump-rope tricks, biking, hiking or reading.
