WRK108 - Information Architecture for Intranets in Microsoft 365

In this workshop, you will learn tips and best practices to improve “findability” and information organization and the basic concepts of information architecture. You will learn how about Microsoft Viva and how the capabilities should influence your IA planning. We will cover the critical aspects of intranet IA: navigation/site architecture, page design architecture, metadata architecture, and search experiences. You will learn approaches for planning navigation across the entire intranet (including global navigation) and on individual sites, along with tips and best practices for hubs, associated hubs, and home sites; page architectures that support both accessibility and great user experiences; and using metadata on pages and documents. WRK501 - Microsoft Viva (part 1): Employee Experience from Top to Bottom

During this workshop, Craig and Jay will cover the 4 (soon to be 5) pillars of Microsoft Viva, uncovering the mystery of what Employee Experience is and how it ties into Microsoft 365.
