PnP Modern Search is one of the Swiss Army knives of SharePoint. Every tenant should have it installed.

This session will show you why PnP Modern Search is so useful and how to get it installed and set up. If you haven't used the solution yet, this will give you the basic knowledge you need to get rolling. If you're already using PnP Modern Search, you'll learn additional tips and tricks for you to get more out of it.

In the session, we will cover:

  • Installing the solution in the tenant App Catalog (as a SharePoint Admin)
  • Enabling the solution in a specific site
  • Setting up your search schema to allow search-driven experiences
  • Adding the four Web Parts - Search Results, Search Filters, Search Box, and Search Verticals - to a page
  • Connecting the Web Parts to each other to build custom capabilities
